New Hotel Project goes Futureform

Futureform was appointed by Bowmer & Kirkland to design and buoild a new Hotel Development at Lavington Street, near Waterloo Station in London for the CitizenM Hotel group.

The new 250 room hotel is five storey’s high and follows the design aesthetics of CitizenM’s initial hotel developments in Amsterdam.  The rooms are finished to a very high specification and have a unique interior design that makes a break from the traditional look and feel of general hotel suites.

With large windows, a bed that spans the full width of the room, remotely controlled  LED lighting that changes colour depending on what mood the occupant is in, a comprehensive integrated TV/audio/internet system and a full height frosted glass enclosed shower room with multiple shower heads, these new style of hotels have become very popular wherever they open.

The project will benefit from the use of the FutureForm Building System® with it's ability to incorporate two rooms and a corridor all in one module which will shorten assembly and construction times.
