Five Modular homes built by Futureform were stars at this years Show at Earls Court in London.

Two of the homes being shown were the UK's first "off the shelf" Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and 5 properties that will come with Building Regulation Type Approval and be pre certified to the code. Called "Cub Polar", these new house will come in one, two or three storey versions and with an Apartment version being launched in the near future. Various specification levels are also provided. They were a "must see" at the Show.

Another home being shown will was from the Award Winning "SLO at Newhall" development at which Futureform are building new homes at present. This "Executive Home" will be available with a wide range of discounted upgrades during and after the Show, then the house will be taken to Newhall where it will be available for purchase.

First Housing System to achieve a CODE Level 5 Certificate before commencing on site !!

Futureform has achieved another first along with its Client, Cube Housing Solutions in achieving Code for Sustainable Homes Certification at Code Level 5 for the new "Cub Polar Range" of houses being launched at this years Ideal Home Show.

A two storey version of the new house type will then be available to view at the BRE's Innovation Park at Garston after the BRE expressed interest in having one on show. The actual certificate will be presented to Charlie Greig of Cube Housing Solutions and Steve Barrett, Director of Futureform at the Ideal Home Show. Code assessor, Jessica James of Price and Myers carried out the assessment in conjunction with the BRE in record time. The home will take just a day to install at the BRE, completely furnished and fitted out internally and with a gloss white exterior appearance, it will be hard to miss !
